간단한 비즈니스 레터 이메일에 들어가야할 요소 ■To (수신인 주소) : 받는 사람의 이메일 주소를 쓴다.  ■CC/Cc (참조) : Carbon Copy의 약자 예전에 종이에 편지를 쓸 때 Carbon copy지로 사본을 만들었던 데서 유래한 용어. 이메일의 경우 수신자 외에 또다른 사람에게 참조용으로 보낼 때 쓴다. ■BCC / Bcc (숨은 참조) : Blind Carbon Copy의 약자. 수신자 외 다른 사람에게 참고용으로 보낼 때 수신자가 그 사실을 알지 못하도록 하는 방법. ■Subject (제목) : 편지의 제목. 이메일은 제목이 없을 경우 보내기가 안되는 경우도 있다. 특히 비즈 레터는 제목만 보고도 편지의 내용을 짐작할 수 있도록 구체적이고 명확하게 쓰는 것이 좋다.
